refund was sent back to original payment and taken back the same day
I have a big issue I recently did an online order for a computer screen but found a better deal on Facebook market for a used computer and so I cancelled the order the same exact day I made the order May 8th,payment was taken off my card May 9th the next day the seller processed refund in cancelled but upon reaching out to the seller about the issue they stop responding once I sent a screen shot of the refund being processed but taken back may 10th i have been trying to reach someone at Ebay but no help I finally spoke to a agent May 14th who explained wait 3-5 days me trying to explain to her that the refund was sent to me and taken back that if she had an email I could send her the statement which has the order number in seller info today is May 15 now i have been trying to reach Ebay on the phone since 9am in they said there unavailable online help does not help me so the only thing I can do is report the seller to my bank with the merchant information. what's so crazy is the card that was used is a Prepaid card sponsored by ebay from st louis commerce my first experience from buy off ebay was severely bad once this gets resolved i will not be ordering anything off of ebay
