Refund was sent after missing item request
I purchased an item and it’s been over a week since the date it was supposed to be here. I filed a missing package claim and a refund was sent. I didn’t ask for the refund because I wanted the shoes. I chose I still want the item but was still given a refund. Will my shoes still come it’s saying the case it still open and item is still otw ?? Please help me
