I wish to report the manner of your team.
I purchased an item reference No. 2256664094181 for £5.89 . You sent me a message said you have reservation about this Seller as a result you have refunded the cost of £5.89 back into my Bank Account on 28-08-2023 so far I see nothing was refunded. I have written to your team chased this issue but one was reply and it was very disappointed.
I would most appreciate if you step in action this refund ASAP.
