Refund to wrong debit card

Question

I started a return and everything went well until the refund was sent to the wrong debit card account number. Seller could not help since the seller return screen only shows a button.

I don't recognize the debit card number eBay used for the refund. None of my cards have the number used for the credit refund.

Anyone have any information about this?

That isn't possible. Ebay has only ONE way to refund money and it goes back to the method of payment used to pay for the transaction. They can't change it. Whatever method you paid with was the one refunded.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
