Refund to my debit card no longer active

Hi. How do I obtain a refund from ebay on a debit card no longer active? Just activated a new debit card today to add for future purchases.

Was the new debit card issued to replace the old debit card? If so, refunds always go back to the original funding source, so if the new card replaced the old card, then the bank should take care of it. If it was not a replacement card, you will have to contact the bank that issued the card that was cancelled so they can help you.
