Refund to gift card not immediate
I started a return and accepted the refund to a gift card, because I have different listing I would like to purchase, but I thought the refund would show up immediately and be usable in the cart, and it's not. I can't even see it anywhere. Can I change to having the refund applied to my original purchase method?

It can't be changed - has the Gift Card appeared in your account yet?

OP7 months agoYeah. With great difficulty I got through to an eBay rep by phone. He told me he'd change the refund to original payment method. Didn't work. Yes, I have a gift card now. I'll eventually use it.

Mentor7 months ago@jaschneider - thanks for the update. This seems to be a new choice on refunds, not sure how well it works yet.
