Refund to gift card

Question

Hi All!I made a purchase using an EBay gift card. Unfortunately, I had to return the item and the return deals say show the money went back on the card. Ebay’s gift card FAQ sits once you use a gift card it is associated with your account, yet the funds don’t show anywhere on my account and I no longer have the gift card. Can anyone help guide me in how I can access the funds? Thanks so much!Val 😁

The last time I was refunded for a purchase made using an eBay gift card the refund amount appeared as a line item on the checkout page with a box to check to apply the amount to a future purchase.

When you make another purchase, you will see the funds available to use again.
