Refund to customer
An order I recently completed over a month ago without any communication from the buyer was fully refunded. Fortunately with eBay’s guarantee I did not lose $35. According to the dispute the customer “did not recognize the transaction.†What does this mean?

Based on your post, this Buyer opened a chargeback with their payment company. It is very common for a Buyer not to recognize a charge from an eBay purchase. Many times the word "eBay" is not on the charge. It could appear as your name or eBay ID or store name. In many cases, it's an honest mistake.
When a Buyer opens a chargeback, it is their payment company that makes the final decision, not eBay.
I'm glad it worked out for you.
