Refund to Buyer - Buyer did not return item
Hi - i gave the buys a full refund for the item (due to wrong description) - but the buyer did not retrun the item. Any help what to do next ?

Never refund until you receive the item back. Your refund closed the return - the buyer cannot get a return label, and eBay has told him there is no need to return.
Message the buyer and explain your mistake, and that you do want the item returned. If he has not already disposed of the item, go to pirateship.com and buy a return label, print it to a jpeg file and send it to the buyer in an eBay message.
