Let me add to what @rfmtm has provided. Your account is too new and low volume to start taking Out of stock strikes for cancelling REGARDLESS of the reason.
eBay has a feature called Time away, you need to use that every time you are not going to be available to ship the items you sell.

Mentor2 weeks agoCancel the transaction for out of stock, which will automatically refund. You will get a ding on your account.
