Refund to buyer
A buyer contacted me about initiating a return/refund request do to the item not meeting their personal standards for NM condition. Not wanting bad feedback and after looking at the buyers account which was 100% positive and ober 1000 sales i used my personal judgement that they were not going to switch my card or rip me off . I issued them a full refund again this is my first on and it's on a Shoei Otanini purple rookie all-star. Now how do I get my card back ? I didn't know they were supposed to request the refund I thought the more ebay is involved or the longer it takes the worse impact on my feedback it will be. Now ebay says i can't undue the refund and force them to send it back . Someone help me please they are never able to answer the phone at ebay

Unfortunately, you put the cart before the horse. Sellers should never refund until they have received their item back. The Buyer is under no obligation to return the item to you once you have refunded them.
If it was the $ 175.00 card sold on April 19th I am afraid the Buyer scammed you out of it.
Every Buying account has 100% Positive Feedback, Sellers cannot leave Neutral or Negative Feedback for Buyers.
