Refund to buyer
I am fairly new to selling on ebay and never dealt with this type of issue. That being said i know i completely messed this up.
A buyer purchased a item from me i printed the shipping label, within minutes they asked and they tried to cancel the order. I have tried to cancel the order as well but keep seeing messages that i cant cancel due to their is already a request to cancel. In the mean time the buyer is continuously sending me messages to cancel. I requested and voided the shipping label. How does the buyer get refunded?

Go to the cancellation request you received from the buyer and cancel from there.

OP2 years agoThank you. I was able to refund her. Because i had printed the shipping label i was not able to cancel. I voided the label then was able to get on a computer not my mobile and refund payment. I feel like there needs to be an easier process.
Thank you for your help

Voiding a label and canceling a label are the same thing (eBay just recently changed the terminology for some reason). Printing a label doesn't prevent that.
I always use a computer - I couldn't possibly be able to do everything I need to do using a phone. I'm not even sure of which options are available on the app. I suppose you could go to the full website on you phone, but it would still be cumbersome...at least for me.
Glad you were able to get it all done.
