Refund to Buyer
My buyer claims eBay put in the wrong apartment number so she did not get her item. eBay expects me to refund her even though it’s not my mistake. That’s bull anyone else dealt with this as I can’t find a phone number to contact eBay?

Mentor2 years agoYou don't need to contact eBay for this. Just reply that the ship-to address comes from the buyer's address setup. If she's made an error, she can correct it for future purchases here:

Suggest that she try to retrieve the package from the apartment she sent it to, or if the package is returned to you, that you will refund the purchase price of the item.
