Refund to a buyer when the item cannot be found

Question

I cannot find the item I had listed. I have written to the buyer that I will refund his payment but I cannot find the way I refund the purchase price. I have gone to various pages on ebay but I cannot find where I refund for the missing itrem.

You need to cancel the transaction and the buyer will automatically be refunded.
