Refund to a buyer after order is completed
It came to my attention that an order was mishandled and the buyer only received part of the order.
i need to know how i can refund to the buyer for the part he did not receive.

Mentor2 years agoDoes the buyer want a partial refund or does he want to return what he received?
If he wants a partial refund and is happy with the amount you two agreed on, you can use the Send refund option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your Orders list.
