Refund Timing
We sent the PCM from our vehicle to a company that was supposed to be able to repair it. They were not able to repair it so they sent it back to us. They said they would issue us a refund minus $75.00. Since we paid for this service through you we were wondering if you could give us an estimate on how long it will take to the money refunded back to us. Please let me know?
