Refund that is promised and never sent
I won a dispute on 9/5 and was told by eBay that my $264 dollar would be paid in 24-48hrs….nothing!! Then I finally reached customer service on the phone and the promised with in 6 days it would arrive by Monday…and nothing!! Now it is a total of 13 days and no money, no call returns, no email !!!

Send a private message with your name, ebay user ID, email address, and briefly explain your problem. Someone will contact you in a couple of days.

OP3 weeks agoI have and then they send me replies saying “ Oh we are so sorry the money will be sent in 24-48 hours” ……and then crickets !! Not a dime arrives !! These guys a scamming me. If you even post a negative comment then they delete it instead of addressing it
