refund system
Hello. I'm from Tbilisi, Georgia. Want to buy an item, which is provided by a new seller, its his first advertisement. If somehow this item will arrive broken, or damaged, or will not arrive or something, how refund works? Cause I have to pay customs duty-pay, transportation fees and etc. While refunding, I have to pay additional fees to return this item to U.S.A or all the expenses from my side, including the taxes mentioned below, will be recovered? How eBay protects costumers from this kind of accidents?
