Refund Submitted Twicee
I sold an item to a gentleman who determined it was not properly listed. I authorized the return and sent him a shipping label. The item was received back so I submitted a refund request.
The next day I was prompted to submit a refund. So I put it through again.
Have I refunded him twice? Is there a time lag between the request and the transaction? I am confused.

Mentor2 years agoLook at your payout details or the details for that transaction. I don't think there is any way for a refund to be made twice on the same item.
