Refund shipping overpayment.

Question

How do I refund a buyer for overpayment of shipping? There is no drop-down menu on the My eBay SOLD although that is what the instructions say. Please advise.

On your Orders list, there is a dropdown next to the order that contains the Send refund link.

In Seller Hub (which you really should be using), it looks like this on your orders lists:

If you're not using Seller Hub, you'll see the option in your Sold list like this:

Use the Seller Hub.

Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord
From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
Choose a reason for the refund.
Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
