Refund shipping only
Hello,
I recently sold two of the same items that were listed separately to the same buyer. I want to refund the shipping cost for one of the items because I packaged them (the 2 items) together. How do I do this? Thank you so much. I need explicit instructions because I am not that tech savvy.

Mentor2 years agoClick to Print the label for the first item. ebay will state you have additional orders for the same buyer do you want to combine shipping. Say yes. Change the method of shipping/weight/dimensions of the package if needed, print the label.
Now go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Click the down-arrow, click Send refund, specify a reason, enter the amount to be refunded, submit.
