refund shipping label cost to buyer
I was overcharged for shipping as a seller by $30 according to the USPS. How can I see how much ebay is going to charge me for shipping before I purchase and print out my own shipping label? And how do I go about getting a refund. There was no way for me to actually talk to an agent. It says there is but they just replied in the chat with "there are no agents available"
