Refund shipping fee
I sold a Waterford frame but accidentally listed it ad the wrong size. Buyer will keep but wants me to refund the shipping fee to her, how do I do this?

Mentor3 years agoIn your list of sold items, select 'send refund' next to that item. Fill in the amount you want to refund and submit.
