refund shipping fee

A buyer purchased two items from me. I want to refund the cost of the one shipping item since both of the sold items fit nicely in one box. How do I refund the one shipping amount paid. ty

sadly i don't see a drop down menu which gives me a refund option. Please help

You can issue partial refunds for items in Seller Hub up to 90 days after the original transaction. Here's how:

Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord
From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
Choose a reason for the refund.
Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
