Refund shipping diffence
Example. Your listing for a item u sold for shipping was 150. The shipping cost was 98.00. Buyer wants a refund of 52.00

Use the drop down menu on the sold item on the left and scroll down to Send refund, click that.
The refund process is multi-page, enter the amount you are refunding then select a reason they type a message and then issue the refund. You will receive your Fees back on the amount you refund.
When you print your labels through eBay you can have the amount you pay displayed or not, I suggest NOT displaying your label cost.
Finally, keep in mind that YOU paid selling fees on the $ 150.00 plus tax (if applicable, 5 states have no sales tax) so if you refund the exact difference between what the Buyer paid and what you paid and even with the Fees deducted from the amount you refund you still paid fees on the difference.
