refund shipping costs

buyer changed their mind and decided to pick up the items--i cancelled the shipping label --how do i refund them the shipping?--and where do i see the postal refund to me?

If you printed the label, void it. the refund takes about 3 weeks to receive -

Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
Select Void shipping label.

To refund the buyer, go to your list of sold items and select 'send refund' next to that order.

After the buyer picks up, go to your sold items and select 'mark as shipped'. You can't mark it delivered, but you should mark it shipped.
