How can I refund shipping costs?

On the Sold item use the drop down menu on the left and scroll down to Send refund, click that.
The refund process is several pages now, it used to be all on one page but eBay "improved the process". The first page you enter the amount, the next page you type a message and use the drop down at the top of the page to select a reason, Shipping discount is near the bottom of the list. The next page you review and the next page you issue the refund ...
