refund sent to wrong accoun t. No one will answer at customer service
I sent back a horrible leather jacket. They deducted $30 some for handling it. Then it says I was issued a return on Dec 29. BUT the Visa they say the money went to is not my VISA that I paid with. I have no idea where they sent the refund.

Mentor1 year agoIf the refund was made through eBay, the refund always goes back to the original payment source. How long it takes to appear on an account statement depends on your individual bank.
