refund return product that does not fit after 30 days?
Ordered a roof for a john deere tractor and it does not fit at all. Had to have the cab repaired before the roof could be installed. Then once it is time to install the roof it doesn't even come close to fitting. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times to no avail. Have not been able to contact ebay through the provided links just a run around of contact us leading me in circles back to the same pages.

·1 year agoYou have 30 days from the date you received the product to file a Not As Described claim, which you can do from your Purchase History page. If you're past that point, the eBay Money Back Guarantee timeframe will have expired, but you can potentially file for a chargeback with your purchase method, depending on how you paid.
Try seeing if you can open a claim for Item Not As Described first, though:
