Refund-Return Help
I am trying to return a pair of shoes that do not fit. The Return was initiated, however the return address provided is not a valid address. I cannot contact the Seller, as it states the listing was removed due to a Policy Violation. How do you get a LIVE customer service agent on the phone?? PLEASE HELP!

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
