Refund Required
Greetings,
I purchased a version of Quickbooks that was advertised as a one-time, non-subscription version. After using it for two months, I've recently received a message from Quickbooks saying my subscription was ending and needed renewed in order to continue being able to use it. I am a business owner and now have not access to my invoicing software.
I have contacted the seller twice and have gotten no response. They have also removed the listing so I can't even request a refund from them. I opened a case today about their false advertising and Ebay ruled in my favor (reference ID: 2-104171577218).
I am expecting a complete refund for this purchase.
I'm now trying to figure out what I can do for my business in the busiest selling season of the year. The actions are absolutely wrong and disgraceful from the seller.

Were you able to open a not as described return? A claim of false advertising is not a refund request. If you’re not sure, see what shows up in your purchase history. If there is no indication of a refund, you should call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described. You can only open a return request on eBay for 30 days after receipt.
Usually when you find a price lower than most others, it is going to be a problem.
I would pay a higher price from a more reputable seller so you can get your business back on track. If you want to try another eBay seller, try using the ‘free returns’ filter - this should mostly show you top rated sellers. Or look for sellers with lots of this item sold.
