Refund requested by buyer
Buyer confirmed their address , buyer then refused the shipment of item to their house , buyer then contacted me asking where the item was , I called usps and they even told me that she refused the item. She said she would go pick it up when she gets her money back , I don’t think it’s fair for me not to get the item back and to be out the money

·3 years agoNo return, no refund. Why are you even involved in this situation? Tracking shows POtried to deliver the item and buyer refused it. She no longer has any eBay Money Back Guarantee. If the item gets returned to you, you can refund cost of item only and no shipping costs.
