Refund request to seller
I requested a refund from the seller because it arrived broken, but I would like to decline the offer because the refund amount is small.
Can I ask ebay to intervene after I decline the offer?
After rejecting the offer.
After that I can't ask for a refund?

Mentor3 years agoIf you decline the offer, the seller must accept the return and provide a return label. If he doesn't, go to your return and click 'ask us to step in'.
