Refund request CLOSED without a return label provided?
Have any eBay buyers had a defective item purchase refund request closed without the seller providing a return label? eBay has closed my return and refund request and has also eliminated American Express as a payment option for me for future purchases because they disputed the charge. Why are they standing behind a seller who sent a defective product over a customer? Any suggestions for how to reach a LIVE PERSON by phone or email? Thanks!

Ebay would have told you the reason why they closed your Return Request.
