Refund Request Closed In Error
How to resubmit a refund request when the request was closed in error? Option to initiate a new refund request is no longer visible so not sure how to resubmit. Buyer is aware of intent, but not sure how to resubmit the request now.

Mentor4 months agoOnce a request is closed for whatever reason it cannot be reopened or another one requested. You are still able to refund the buyer if you want to by finding the item on your sold list and from the drop down menu click on refund. You will not be able to send a return shipping label so you would have to do this outside of eBay.

OP4 months agoThank you for the answer. How would I actually get refund? If system cannot help me, how do I get the correct details and also ensure I get refunded, if Ebay is no longer involved in the process?

OP4 months agoOh I read wrong. I am the buyer not a seller, sorry if I mis spoke. I the buyer need to return an item, and in error the refund request was closed.
