Refund request
Buyer received sink and left positive feedback. Now, 13 days later, buyer requested refund showing picture of broken sink. Buyer obviously broke sink after it was received and positive feedback had already been posted. What would you do? Thank you!

Mentor3 years agoI don’t think it is so obvious - it may be that they did not remove it from the box until now. Your buyer is a very experienced eBayer, so I would not be so quick to assume a scam.
How about asking for a photo of the shipping box - you can tell the buyer you need it for an insurance claim.
The end result is that if the buyer opened a not as described claim, you really have 2 options -accept the return, or refund without return. eBay will definitely say return, or may refund from your $ without return.
