refund request

Question

i places an order on Feb.21. the item should have been delivered between 1-3 of march. i have opened a case ( 5375287862) that i haven’t received the item by 6th. march.

today is 12 of march and it’s more than 3 business days that the seller hasnt responded.

i need a full refund soon.

If it has been more than 3 business days since you filed the refund request/item not received case, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive)
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
