Refund request
Sold 20 year old 10 anniversary tickle me Elmo. Batteries are corroded and don’t work. They replaced batteries item didn’t work. Box was unopened and factory sealed. Sold that way. Never opened. Customer wants refund. What do I do.

Mentor6 months agoAccept the return and pay for the return shipping label. If you do not want the item back, you can send a full refund to the buyer and not pay for a shipping label.
