Refund request
I mailed the item. The buyer reported the package was damaged. I asked buyer if wanted refund or replacement, and replied replacement if possible. I mailed replacement item and post office tracking said it arrived. Mean while the buyer requested return. I have asked buyer if item arrived in good condition and to realease hold and getting no reply or action. I tried input complaint to eBay but request does not go through. Any suggestions.

Mentor2 years agoIf you did not do the replacement through the ebay return system and you don't want the original item back, the easiest is to ask the buyer to go their return request in the resolutions center and cancel the return.
