Refund removed
Good morning everyone, I had a small problem with eBay after a canceled purchase and they sent me the refund but then they removed it from my bank account. I bought an item on the 9th of this month, 1 hour and a half after the purchase I realized that in the description of the item it said something that I didn't notice, I spoke with the seller that same day, the seller responded to me on the 11th. March and canceling my order that same day after a purchase mistake on my part. The refund arrives in my bank account the next day at night around 10-11 PM. It happens that on March 13th they remove the refund, I call the bank and they tell me that the refund was correctly accepted on 12/2 /2024 but on 2/13/2024 I made a purchase of that same amount but I have not bought anything at all, I verified and the purchase has the same amount of the refund that is when I contact eBay but they do not respond and I cannot find the way to get my money back to this day.
