REFUND REFUSED
I received the wrong item. The seller said he would refund me if I returned it. I spent $16 on returning the item. I have proof they receive it, now eBay said I won't get refunded because I didn't send shipping information. I returned the item, for Pete's sake. I will never use ebay again. It is not user friendly if you have an issue. You get the incorrect item, them eBay intercedes with the seller on the refund!!!

Mentor6 months ago@tlchh_48 You need to file an official return request AND use the eBay return label so that the tracking is in the case. The seller pays return shipping when an item is not as described, but it has to be through the return request case. IF a seller doesn't provide the return label then you return to the case on the 4th business day and ask eBay to step in and help.

If the appeal doesn't work then contact your payment method to see what protections you have for an item that is significantly not as described.
