Refund refusal
I purchased a counterfeit supplement from eBay. I have contacted the seller and returned the counterfeit product. He refuses to communicate with me further or refund my payment. What can I do next?

Sadly, the only way you should EVER return an item to a seller is after opening a return request through eBay.
If it's been under 30 days since the item arrived to you, you can still open a return request. Go to the Order and select More actions or ... then click Return this item.
The seller MUST respond and provide a pre-paid return label if the item wasn't as described (counterfeit) through eBay's system. You then must return it using the label (empty box return because you already shipped it). Once the return is tracked as returned, the seller must refund you or eBay will force a refund.
If seller doesn't reply and provide a pre-paid return label, you can view the Return Request claim and select Ask eBay to step in. They'll force a full refund and you get to keep the item because seller failed to fulfill.
Good luck! I hope you get all your $$$ back!!
