Refund Question
I mailed a paid item with tracking through USPS. It left my post office and traveled to the post office in his city/state.
The purchaser got a letter from USPS stating the package was damaged and contents lost. He also received what was left of the shipping label. He filed a complaint with eBay.
Do I have to refund this and file with USPS for this or does the purchaser file with the post office for a refund? Is it covered with eBay since the label was printed through the website?
Thanks.

·2 years agoAsk the buyer for a few pictures, then refund the buyer.
Have the buyer hang on to whats left so it can be inspected, if needed.
You file a claim with the carrier.
