Refund Question
So, i recently purchased a statue that was delivered as a fake, verifiably so, as the bought product did not match the listing which was said to be the official product and was being marketed as such. the parts were noticably lower quality, and snapped when touched. i opened a return with the seller as the product was not what i had thought i had bought, but due to the broken item, of which is also a small accessory, they are issuing the max refund of 50%
since the product was not what i had ordered to begin with, can i fight this for perhaps a larger refund, or must i accept the 50% deduction
