refund provided and then the missing item arrived
I purchased an item, and when it hadn't arrived in the mail during the expected time frame, a refund was provided. Two months later, the item arrived in the mail, and I would like to pay for it. I contacted the seller, and they said I would need to contact eBay. Unfortunately, I'm unable to find how to contact eBay to get the assistance I need.

There's no way within eBay to pay again.
You can snail mail the seller a check to their return address.
Or the seller can share their phone number so that you can send the money electronically. This is not an offsite sale since the transaction already took place.
