REFUND PROCESS
hello everyone please can someone help me understand why a case i won for a refund says money has been refunded but my account still hasn't been credited for about a week now.
i purchased 2 ps5 consoles and one xbox series x but sellers didn't send the items and didn't provide tracking numbers either to prove they did. so i reached out to them asking why they haven't shipped my item yet and after for business days no response so i reached out to ebay to step in and i won the case because there wasn't any tracking number or what so ever . i also say the same account been reported for scammed activities .
so on the 19 of december ebay said hey have refunded my money back to my account but it is 30th of december and still my account hasn't been credited . please what should i do?
