Refund Problem
I purchased a product from a seller. The product description and picture did not match what was shipped. I requested a refund, but the seller only refunded 50% of the cost of the product. I am trying to get help for the other 50%.
I would contact the seller directly, but his email of phone number is not available.

What reason did you choose when you filed the Return Request?
Did you return the item in the same exact condition it was in when you received it?
