Refund problem
I think someone is a scammer and bought my laptop .. has had it for 11 days.. now is saying they can’t update something very technical on it because of a password.. I never touched the laptop or put a password on it.. now they want to return it after they have had possession of it for 11 days and they are obviously very technical… I don’t know what they may have done to it or removed from it how do I complain about them or refuse the return
