REFUND - PROBLEM

Hello,I have problem. I agreed with the buyer to a partial refund (100 euros). However, the buyer has mistakenly rejected the refund. I have agreed with the buyer to resend the partial refund, but the eBay system does not allow me. What can I do to resend the partial refund??ThanksRegards

I think that's right - sellers can only make a partial refund offer once in a case.

I don't know if eBay CS can reset that or not, even if they can see the buyer's message that it was an error.

The only other option would be a return for a full refund, refund in full without a return, or the buyer can cancel the return. (They would have to depend on your honesty to send a partial refund from the order after that.)

As you are in Croatia, if you use social media, the best option is to contact one of the teams there.

They have experienced & responsive teams there to help resolve most issues.
Only use Private DM/PM Messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address/country, the email attached to your account, Item #, Case # if applicable, and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.
