ON JUNE 29, I BOUGHT AS A GUEST (BIG PROBLEM) A DVD FROM A GUY FROM INDIA. HE IS NOT RESPONDING AND I CAN'T GET A REFUND BECAUSE THE ITEM IS NOT SHOWING UP UNDER MY PURCHASES. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND WHEN THE ITEM WAS BOUGHT AS A GUEST AND ISN'T SHOWING UNDER PURCHASES? I PROMISE NEVER EVER IN THIS LIFETIME TO USE EBAY AGAIN. WHAT COMPANY JUST PROVIDES UNHELPFUL ARTICLES FOR PROBLEMS WITH A PURCHASE? THERE'S NO ARTICLE FOR THIS SITUATION. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE E.V.E.R. TY.

There IS an article for your situation. This is what it says: (Sign out of your Ebay account before you follow these instructions)

Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
Select Return item.
Select your reason for the return and select Next.
You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
Select Confirm return.

If the seller does not respond, or does not cooperate, access your request details:

From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
